Shipping Policy

Non custom items general ship in 1 to 3 days and custom item in 1 or 2 weeks however if you have a deadline please check with us as and we can give you our most current production time in additionally we have expedited options that we may be able to offer you. Occasionally we experience unusually high volumes of purchases however even in these cases our production time averages 2 weeks. We Use both USPS and FedEx to fulfill shipping and we choose them according to cost and reliability on a case by case basis. We do not allow customers to choose which carrier to use unless there is extenuating circumstances as this impedes our work flow, in the rare cases of exception we pass on any additional cost and labor from non-streamlined work flow to the customer as an upgrade if the customer request that we use one carrier over the other and it is not the carrier of our choice in their particular case.

If you need a proof this may delay the aforementioned production time
if your order is not as most other orders are that we receive and we decide to send you a proof this may delay your order. We do not always send a proof for every order unless requested or we feel the need because of the nature of a request so as to meet your expectations. Our estimated production time begins when we receive everything that is necessary from you to produce your order. If you need a product by a specific date please contact us before you purchase so that we may inform you of what is necessary to fulfill your expectations so that you receive your item by the date you wish for.

We use email for any questions we may have about your order so please give one that you check regularly so that we can reach you about your order if needed.
If we feel we need to send you a proof we will send it through email.
If you do not respond to multiple attempts to reach you through email about a matter regarding your order we may cancel your order and issue you a full refund as we may feel that we are unable to proceed and meet your expectations without you clarifying your requests or without an answer to our questions about your order.


Tracking numbers are sent when items are shipped. Shipping carriers do not always update shipped items the day they are shipped, in fact it has been noted that tracking updates have happened the day of delivery. We have no control over this. Some shipping carriers are aware of this fact and will inform you of this if you ask them. If you live outside of the continental USA it some times takes as much as 30 days without an update for a package to be delivered. this of course is an exception but we can not guarantee delivery dates out side of the Continental USA only ship dates.
